Welcome to Ruff to Fluff
First let me give you a little history about my shop. Prior to this
being a dog grooming salon the space was a Laundromat for many years.
My husband and several friends, worked late into the night and on
week-ends to make my dreams come true. As far as the name of my shop,
my nickname is Fluff and I decided that I had to have that in the name
of my shop. Hence, Ruff to Fluff. (My brother thought of the
GRRRooming part.)
Prior
to becoming a groomer, I was in insurance for 22 years. Like many of
us, I was tired of doing a job that just wasn’t something I could put my
heart and soul into. I have always been extremely passionate about
animals and knew that I wanted to do something with them. Thus, my
decision was made and off to grooming school I went.
Taking a leap of faith, I rented a booth and began grooming dogs! I
rented because I wanted to make sure that I could groom dogs,
liked grooming dogs and could be successful at it. Before long, I
realized that I loved grooming dogs, I loved going to work everyday and
my customer base quickly outgrew my rental space.
We groom cats and dogs. When your pet comes into my shop, whoever is
working on him or her, treats them as if they were their own. Anyone
that works for me, must have the same passion as I do. You don’t have to
leave your dog here all day, when you bring your pet in, we will have
them ready in 2-3 hours. If you have to leave them all day, you can do
that too. We also have Saturday appointments.
During our grooming process, we examine your pet for any skin
irritations, ear problems, etc. We will either recommend a product or if
warranted advise you to see your veterinarian. I have state of the art
equipment to make your pet’s visit here an enjoyable one. We have
the ability to cater to your pet no matter their needs may be.
Your pet will leave clean, pretty or handsome, and I’m quite sure the
tail will be a wagging
You can call or e-mail for an appointment. We can put you on a regular
schedule or just send you a reminder when your pet is due to be
groomed.
I also have a re-TAIL section. We have leashes, collars, harnesses,
sweaters, coats, jackets, shampoo, etc. Come on in for a visit! If we
don’t have it, we can get it.

I am really excited to introduce Amy to my shop. Amy brings 13 years
experience with her. She is an incredible dog and cat groomer.
Amy's attention to detail on each pet is outstanding. She participated
in an international cat grooming competition and received
a ribbon for 4th place. This is quite an achievement considering the
amount of competitors.
